Irish Wolfhounds are one of the rarest creature there is. What makes them so special is their size which also makes them look pretty cute. That’s why the Irish are not the only people who love them – who can NOT love them???
Irish Wolfhounds are believed to be one of the oldest creatures in the world, dating as far back as 391 AD. Back in the time, they were mostly used as hunting and guardian dogs. People needed these special dogs especially for protection against wolves and also for hunting them down. And that’s where their name came from.
